I am utterly baffled by Arico's Ginger on Fire Cassava Chips. I mean I just can't believe how much they resemble bar-be-cue- but they aren't. Instead these delectable little chips are actually made from cassava, a potato-like root grown in South America, and are cooked with spices, are free of artificial flavors and colors, are gluten free, trans fat free, cholesterol free, dairy free and contain a fair amount of fiber.
They have a smoky barbecue taste without all the faux ingredients that make regular barbecue-flavor chips verboten. Who knew gluten free could be so much better!
Ingredients:
Cassava, palm or sunflower or safflower oil, evaporated cane juice, sea salt, autolyzed yeast extract, spices, onion powder, garlic powder, leeks, silicon dioxide (natural anti-caking agent), natural flavors, medium chain triglycerides, natural Vitamin E to preserve freshness. Contains soy.
