Cookies: Arico Double Chocolate

Okay I know it's nearly impossible not to love a double chocolate cookie- particularly if it's gluten free, and I certainly love all of Arico's cookies- but the double chocolate gluten free is not my favorite.

Absolutely the double chocolate is rich with actual chocolate pieces baked in- but I find the cookie part itself a bit on the chalky side. It's almost like the cookie can't compete with the density of the chocolate pieces. I would love to taste a bit of walnut with it... but hey this is just me- and I'm not a huge choc-o-holic like my other half.

I can guarantee though that any chocolate bits that find their way to the bottom of the pouch cannot possibly disappoint!
