Back from Europe

I was in Europe this past week (UK, Germany, and France) and I had a chance to pick up some gluten-free products. You'll see reviews in the coming days.

I think you will be surprised at how much better the gluten free foods are in Europe. I travel to the UK several times/year for work and stock up each time (the packaging for breads keeps them fresh for up to 6 months). I get frustrated because the availability, quality, and cost is better in Europe than here.

FDA makes it too hard for EU manfucturers to export the foods here, but why can't US manufacturers match it?
